Thank you for your reply...although understand your point...the truth is some things that are caffeinated such as green tea do have health benefits. Some people are just more sensitive to caffeine than others. Herbal teas are simply for taste and have little to no health benefits.

Wow, you are VERY incorrect in your article. Almost all commerical kombucha is made w/black or green tea, and is VERY caffeinated. Why do you think it stimulates "energy," lowers appetite, releases toxins? I am suffering from a major caffeine headache right now and will not buy GT's products again. Unless the kombucha is made w/herbal tea, it's caffeinated. Never again...herbal only from here out...even if I have to make my own.

I've not tried this yet, Duong. But after reading what you had to say about it I'm going to have to go find some. I must admit that replacing some of my other less than healthy drinks with this one is a pretty good idea. -Thanks!

Nice to find your blog here. I love Kombucha..I feel great when I drink it..think I might go get one now! Hope you will stop by and visit me at Lessons from the Monk I Married where I am writing about my 13-year journey with my husband, a former Korean Buddhist monk. Love your blog!
