Yep, that is right Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is the best or one of the best solutions on using as cooking oils at home, but I’d recommend Organic and Cold pressed too :) it smells so good and tastes awesomely delicious.

I love cooking with coconut oil, especially for baking. I also use coconut milk in our cereal. Fabulous!

Hemp oil is also a wonderful oil for cooking – great, thanks!
